Hi my buddy has got a honda rincon and his sister took it riding with her boyfriend and when he got it back the started it up on a little hill and it just sat there bogging but her boyfriend put another quart in it what do you think is wrong.

did your buddy look it over after he got it back or think it was all good?
for it to bog down, it has something to do the carb or intake. maybe it was washed down with a pressure washer and some how water got into the intake, just maybe....
