i have never heard of that brand before. i wonder if they are any good? i did happen to notice that if you read through the specs on most, if not all models, the front forks are labeled "white power"

' white power' or wp forks are on most ktm dirt bikes, maico has been around for a looong time... i actually psted about themaico 700 over a year ago..

i used to flat track with a 74 maico, i think it was a 250.
also had a bultaco frontera and a ceezee.
they were some of the best dirt bikes made in the 70's

i think i would be askered to ride a 2 stroke 700. thats gotta be a powerband
from hell!

a 2009 maico 700 makes 80hp and the new 2011 maico 700 is making 100hp. here is a teaser vid of a 2009 (he cuts it off everytime right before he hits the powerband)
