How much will it cost me to have you bore my 240bbk over to the next size and get me a replacement piston/kit?

Im probably selling it after i rebuild it and getting a YFZ450 so i dont need anything outlandish just a good kit to get it up and running.

So i guess im asking about an overbore and the correct piston/kit to go with it.

just out of curiousity can i get a forged piston for the BBK?Ebay nor google has turned up much besides cast vitos and some no name crap i want it done right even if i do get rid of it atleast the next owner can enjoy it hopefully a hell of a lot longer than i did in my 4hrs of enjoyment.lol

kens site says 55 for an overbore does that include the 240BBK's also?if so not bad just got to get a forged slug and gasket kit.

dont think your gonna find a forged slug, vito's is reportedly ordering some ????, just throw a cast in it and be happy you can still find them

ps. and ken still answers his phone, even after business hours,
but as stated above, he was installing the pistons in his exploder motor when i called arounf 6pm. prolly the only chance at free time to get that done was tonite

i read in dirt rider about this company called L.A. Piston Company and they make forged pistons for both 2 and 4 strokes. not sure if they make them for the blaster or not but thought it was worth mentioning.
