sounds like your chocke is on what you might want to do clean it out without the choke and then let it idle for awhile kill it and start it again and see if it still does it

Mine acted like that with the gas when the exaust was almost plugged by the mouse nest in the pipe. Has it been parked a while?

srry i havent updated i found my head gaskets were leaking so im guessing thats the prob i ordered new ones so hopefully prob solved
