Your carb is probably flooding and drowning your bottom end.

I would check float height and needle valve/seat in carb.

Pull exhaust off and kick until flushed out. Let it sit and dry.

Fix the carb issue, replace spark plug, and give it a try.

I agree with the above BUT un plug your coil. You don't want a spark when you have all the gas fumes when your trying to flush the gas out of the engine. Also make sure you do it outside in an open safe area just in case. Better to burn down the Blaster then the house.
 
I now have half a tank ... if that. And thanks for the tips i did what you told me to check and now its runs good
