Ok, so about two years ago my blaster seized up, completely died and everything.. we let it cool down and then it kicked right over, we had great compression and it sounded fine. we took it to camp checked it over and everything seemed normal. we were going to break it down to look at it but never got around to it. and now two years later after running it hard last year, we have last all compression and it will not kick over, it took us half an hour to kick it over just to get it home at that time it still had power and was runnin fine. came home and now it wont start and when it idles it has a rattle.:(

has this ever happened to you??

we dont know a lot about this bike but it has an 4 in extended swing arm, and we think its had a 240 kit but on it, but we're not positive.

Worn Engine

Are you premixing the oil or still using the oil injection set up?
The bottom line is you already hurt the piston two years ago when it locked up. If you are starving the engine of oil, the piston, cylinder wall, pin bearing, main support crank bearings, pin bearing, rod bearing and cranks seals are worn.
It’s hard to start from low compression. Use a compression gauge to verify the low compression. Cold engines are hard to start at or below 90psi.
Its time to pull it apart and replace worn engine components with new ones. Also clean the carburetor and start mixing the oil (klotz) with the fuel at 32:1 Remove the oil injection system from your ATV if you have not already.
