help on size of friends piston

my friend is going to be getting a new topend this christmas but he does nto know what size it is and i can not find any markings on what size it is the only markings are a x and then the arrow for the exhaust port but on the inside of the piston it says a s on one side and 37f01 and it is made by ART? please help guys i would really appreciate it

measure it , then you will know what size it is
remember to measure in millimeters
