help no spark

i have a 2000 blaster went out to start it tonite and lost spark tryed new plug still no spark, bypassed the other b/s on it still no spark idk if the cdi is bad or stator is bad but i still get headlight when i kick it over:-/

See if you get power to the coil, to and from the CDI, and make sure its on the ON position

What wires do I test for the CDI? I am having the same problem. I bypassed the key and the run switch and still nothing like the above. I will check the coil tomorrow.

try cracking the throttle wide open while kicking it over betcha it starts.
