i understand this is a blaster forum, but it isnt my blaster that has the problem . . its my warrior. when i replaced my headgasket i screwed up the timing, as it was it was hard as hell to get the cam gear on with the chain but it seems as if the chain fell off the sprocket in the lower end im waiting on a flywheel puller to put it back on but does anybody have any tips/tricks on how to make this as easy/headache free as possible. or should i just bring it to my yamaha dealer but i dont have too much money to throw around . . please i need help . . any input would be greatly appriciated :-/

they are pretty simple just line up the mark on the flywheel "T" which is for top dead center with the line in the hole, and with all the slack taken out of the timing chain on the front side, line the dot on the cam sprocket up with the arrow thats cast into the head then put the adjuster back in and rotate the motor by hand back and forth until all the slack is out of the timing chain, (the clicker will stop clicking) and you should be good to go, don't put alot of thought into it its rather simple.

that is not right, is the guide out of the slot? something is wrong that chain will be real sloppy without the adjuster in, re-do it you should not force anything
