Help me rejet my carb

i need help rejetting my carb. I just ordered a uni air filter and boyesen super stock reeds. What size main jet would I need? Do i have to change my pilot jet?

if you are taking the airbox lid off at the same time, you'll probably need to go up a size or two on the main, pilot should be ok

Will it increase power if i take the lid off?

you will be getting more air into the airbox, most people say they feel an increase

Hell yes taking the lid off makes more power! After properly jetted for a removed lid, my 04 wouldn't run with the lid ON. Major difference in airflow, allows large increase in fuel delivery. Try a 250-260 main if you don't run a lid.
