help fmf fatty not fitting

so i bought a fmf fatty off of someone and its not fitting it seems to be 2 long and is hitting the frame and not lining up with the head

yea but even measuring it up its way longer then the other one i bought it from someone on here and they had the flange welded but it seems way to long

Is it the same size as your stock pipe at the expantion chamber if so that could cause it tor hit the frame
