I have a '03 Blaster with no spark i suspect its the TORS but it doesnt have the control unit i think its integrated in the CDI. But anyways i replaced the source and pickup coil and it ran for about 15 mins then died an now i have no spark

easiest test is get your test light and put the lead in the power wire that goes to the coil (should be orange) and see if you get any power. if you do, its the coil, if not, you need to start working backwards

also don't overlook the obvious, bad grounds, chaffed wires, wires that have been completely disconnected, etc

Now wat do u mean exactly by test light. Can i jus use my meter and the reading would be in AC if im not mistaken.

If you have a meter, then break out your manual and start doing the electrical tests starting on page 7-9. Don't have a manual? download one here>>> www.rydindirty.com/blastermanual.pdf

Also, since you have an 03, PM me your email address and I will send you the 03+ Supplement Manual. (newer ones are slightly different)

Oh and Brando was talking about a 12v test light that you can get for about 5 bucks at the auto parts store. Clip the wire of it to ground and touch the probe tip to the orange wire at the coil, it should light up and flicker when the engine is kicked over.
