I just recently picked up a 2000 blaster and he threw in the headlight with it but when i hook all the wires up it will not turn on. The light bulb is brand new so i know it can't be that. just trying to figure this thing out.

the voltage regulator goes bad on them alot.
although it should still turn on
as long as you don't touch the throttle or rev it.

That happened to my dads '89 Blaster before. I forget what it was and how he fixed it, it very well could've been what speedyslyder said.
