Head Stud Instalment

How do you insert a stud? I have loctite? What do i use to screw the stud into the head?

thread two nuts on to one side of the stud and tighten them together then use the a wrench on the top nut to screw the stud in. after that use two wrenches to break the two nuts apart. then repeat 5 more times

I:I and dont use air tools but this. do it by hand. make sure the holes are clean before you start
