ive never seen one that will idle for long periods of time, i got mine to idle for a min and then i fouled a plug lol so i just said forget it!


If thats the case, then you havent ever seen a properly tuned blaster.

not a bad thing actually kinda good so you can learn something. Do some searching on here and or ask some ?'s to find out how to get your quad to idle correctly.
 
yea i just played with the tuning on the throttle cable and got it to idle today but i dont liek to let it idle, low rpms cant be too good for 2stroke engines, well at least thats what i have heard from my dad

it should only idle long enough for you to coast a bit... i don't care what you hear.....

i think a 2-stroke should not idle well. why do you need it to?... better yet, why do you want it to? all you are doing is oiling your plug.

of course, this is my opinion.
