After doing a leak down test I found I needed a new head gasket. I received my order last night and the gasket is a little bent near a couple of the stud holes. Is it ok to use? Will it still seal properly? Should I request a new 1?

I would continue. As long as it's not bent in half you should be ok. By the time you torque it down it will lay flat. Use some spray copper rtv on both sides, light coat. Don't over torque, and leak test after.

Long as it's not damaged where the raised bump area around cylinder is.
Still have to do heat cycles and re-torque.
