Having trouble installing DG nerf bars.

I recently bought a pair of DG Heel Guard Nerf Bars but I can't seem to get them to fit properly on my 04 Blaster. My aftermarket pipe seems to be in the way of installing them. I was wondering if anyone has these nerfs, and if there may be something that I'm missing.

my brother has a pair of DG nerf bars and they were a pain to put on, but i dont think they are the same as urs

The design is horrible on them. Nothing seems to be lining up.

You might want to return those if you can, everything from DG is crap.

I wish I could. The only reason why I went with DG is because they had the heel guards.
