A few guys from work swear to this place and i was wondering if a blaster would be ok in such a place... ive seen vids on youtube and most are running 4x4 atvs etc.. but im sure theres plenty of 2x4's that go.. my co-worker has a 400ex he rides there... so im thinking.. if it can go so could i.

Have any of you taken a blaster to Hatfield??? or should i just cough up an extra 200 for a 4x4 for 8 mere hours :(

thanks in advance..

i figure.. once i get my mods done.. it SHOULD be ok.. my blasty shuts down due to water so i have to figure that issue out 1st..trip wont be till next year so i have time..

Hatfield McCoys are a perfect place for a blaster!!!! I took my blasty last year in october. When i went i had only been riding a 4wheeler for about 2 months. On a stock blaster i outran my brother and his friend on 2 brand new 400ex's. They couldnt keep up with me!!! But i made the mistake of going as a novice rider. that place is not for novice riders!!!!! One of my buddys riding the tail end of our pack lost his sight from the dust and ended up flying off a 100ft cliff. He survived with a fractured back and broken ankle. CLIFFS EVERYWHERE! so be ready for the ride of your life!

Yes i was there about 2 months ago, and i'm ashamed to say i borrowed my sister's Kawasaki Lakota 300, because i did not have a piston for my blaster. I was riding with my dad, bro-in law, 10 year old nephew and some of my bro-in law friends. We camped with some tents at Big Earls campground HOME and we rode on the Little Coal River Trail System, and it was a BLAST.... My dad got me the riding permit that is $50.00 but is good until Dec. 31, so i will going back there with my blaster some time soon....
