You have a bar code on your helmet, and you get scanned every lap... Then you run as many laps as you can in that time +1 lap.

Meaning if you start a lap with 5 mins left... You finish it even after time expires.

also gncc isnt just what you see on tv.....the hard stuff is deep in the woods where the cameras dont go...the ruts get frame deep....

I am planning on running some hare scrambles this season too. I don't plan to be competitive. My bike is all stock, I just want to have fun.
