hard time starting

it only happens when it has sat a while like a week or more put it will start first kick i can rev it up then it will bog out and die this all happens with in like 8 seconds so anyways ill kick it over multiple times still no start so i go ahead and pull the spark plug run some sand paper threw it and then it starts first kick.
im pretty sure it needs a new spark plug if i do what is the gap???

or jus re-jet...cuz if you have to clean the plug everytime you wanna ride you have one thats to big

Ehh if he isnt getting strong spark though, it could cause it to foul out.

Replace the plug first.

Are you shutting your fuel line off everytime? Does it have fairly fresh gas? What is your air screw turned out to?

i never turn off the gas line valve, it has some new 93 octane gas in it, and ive never touched the carb the spark plug looks kinda old it has some deposits on it so im just ganna replace it does anyone know the gap??
