Handguards?

i am thinking about getting some handguards for my 05 blaster and im wondering which ones will be the best to get. i am looking at poermadd ones because i think they look cool, does anyone no how good they fit?, also i have renthal handle bars but idk if they are oversized or what, would that affect anything?

measure the bars, if they're oversized then then the mounts for regular handguards will be too small. standard is 7/8"

i have tusk hand guards, they're cheap and effective

all bars are 7/8ths where the handguards go. powermadds are sometimes hard to fit, u may have to re organize your controls, but they are great handguards

Even if they are oversized, the only spot the are bigger is the mount, and as it goes up the curve it tapers to 7/8ths. If you have a crosspad, it isn't oversized. Check out cycra handgutds, check my sig for a pic. I like them cause the got a nice look, and they also have aluminum mounting brackets. Most others are plastic because they are designed for motocross so they break instead of crush your hand

i put some cycra ones on a while back and they looked sweet, had to move the clutch and brake back a bit but it didnt really make a difference when riding. but they were for my bros bike so i didnt leave them on.

Some are plastic though, and cycra is also cheaper and i personally like the look better. You do need to do some movin around, while you are at it u should get a universal clutch lever to get rid of the e-break, and the throttle side is hard to get it to fit but it will
