gusset kit

Hey guys,

I've got an 06 and an 04 and the 04 needs a new frame. I figured since it's going to get powder coated and I bent the current frame that I should gusset the frame. I've heard of places that sell a kit already cut and ready to weld in but I can't seem to find one. Does anyone know who or where I can get a gusset kit for an 04 frame?

TPR or sumthin like that used to make a gusset kit, but no longer.
you gotta cut them yourself, and there may be a DIY thread on here somewhere ?

Yup. I tried messaging them a while back when I was doing mine and ended up making my own..

As with a lot of things, a business will ride the crest of the wave. R&D is front loaded into price, when demand declines to where not profitable to even stock, production ceases. Just look at all the things that are no longer available for the blaster.

Yea there's a lot of stuff I want I can't get for this. Sucks. But it is what it is I guess.

Who do you guys use for graphics. I need a graphics kit for my 06 that are green and orange mostly.
