grounds?

Hello

i have a 2003 and i bought it as a fixer upper.....some one gutted the wiring harness so i got another off fle-bay......

where do the grounds go?

one ground at the coil mount under the seat/tank, and one at the voltage regulator mount under the hood.
both solid black wires.
