this may be a dumd question but what is light weight lithium soap based grease ? and where do i get it ?

any hardware or auto store will have white lithium grease

White Lithium Grease usually comes in a can. I have some made by Liquid Wrench in my garage.

You can also get lithium based grease for your grease gun.
