well took the blasty out to the pit and the 400 ex shock was a big improvment....well worth the 25 bucks i got in to it.

i had custom bushings made for the top so i was still able to use the bearing in they eye but also use the blaster bolt

im using one just like that...does it have two adjustment things on it...top and bottum.....how do you set that...just wondering These shocks are REBOUND and COMPRESSION ADJUSTABLE right...?

this does confirm, i thought i was gettin a 400 ex shock for $45 off e-bay, but knew this wasnt one cause the resivour is offset to one side, wrote them a email, it ended up being a '05 trx450r shock, i had to cut the metal tab from the frame that the plastics mount too to get it on,a few washers, brass bushings and new top bolt, drill the bottom shock mount to fit stock pin, but i didnt cut my airbox, it rubs a little, and heated my snorkel to bend it to clear resi,
rides like a dream
