Got a blaster and got a question

Picked up a roughly used blaster a couple weeks ago for $250. Everything that could be adjusted was 180 the wrong way but after new brakes all around and getting everything adjusted correctly the it seems to run very well. I need to register it to legally take it out on the road here in Indiana. To do that I need my VIN number for the registration form. Luckily the important numbers at the end are still legible but I don't know what the first couple should be. I've got MA01RA160460 so far. Does anyone know what I'm missing and if what I've got so far is correct? Thanks for any help you can lend.

hey, I'm in the same situation, I have my whole VIN but no ownership, but I have a bill of sale. Yes you need your VIN when registrating and a ownership slip would help you out too, less hassel.
