So today i tried to get my axel off on my blaster i loosened the jam nuts after some serious heat and then went to pound the axel through but it will not budge. I was slamming on that thing with a rubber mallet and a regular hammer and a 2x4 it just indented the wood. I dont know what im supposed to do here. I watched a video on youtube on how to do it but it didnt quite cover this happening lol any suggestions?

I would say the axle is rusted to the bearings. A lots of penetrating oil will be needed and a dead blow hammer. DONT hammer on the end of the axle threads without the nut on there. Last option maybe to remove the carrier and get a shop to press it out.

So theres nothing else i have to take off of the axle besides those jam nuts to get it to slide out right?

Don't beat on the axle nuts either. You will bugger them and the axle if you do.
Use a piece of pipe over the axle nut and beat with a steel hammer against the flange.
Like you were told above, lots of penetrating oil.

Homemade wrenches to get the nuts loose. Just mild steel but plenty of it!

Old bearing with the outer surface ground down so it slides in and out of the bore, why?

So you can use it as a driver to beat the new bearing in without damaging it:

The new bearing has to be beat down until it seats, so grinding the old bearing down allows it to slide out:

Use a piece of flatbar to seat the seal flush and even without damaging it:

Looks and works good if done right:

Hold the carrier with 2 hands, place piece of wood on the ground, lightly install wheel hub nut.. While holding carrier slam the end of axle down onto the board. May take repeated times but much better than hitting with a hammer. Rubber mallet is useless. A little penetrating oil would be very helpful. spray it and let it sit for a few hours.

I just used a big ass socket that sat on the outer bearing race that just fitted into the carrier. work perfect. Just use a dead blow hammer so you don't dent/mark your nice socket.
