General Carb frustrations

I have an off-brand 30mm carb. Ever since I installed it the bike wont idle at all. Other mods include FMF SST pipe and silencer, and K&N hard air filter.

I need help with jetting. I don't really feel any power difference what so ever. And if anyone knows how to mess with the idle. Its been a while since I've done any jetting so any help is forward progress.

your pilot jet might be to small

Make sure you bypass the tors as well. With it hooked up you will get no spark when you let off the gas resulting in no idle.

my quad wont idle (all stock) and everytime i hit the gas and let off it gives a puff like the gas didnt ignite out the exhaust, also sometimes it just randomly starts overevving? i see alot of people say check the reeds, are they the part in front of carb held in with 4 bolts? or could it be a problem with the TORS?
