ok so i got my COMPLETE gasket kit with seals from a local store called rms(reno motor sports) the gaskets are made from moose it came with all the seals but no gasket to seal the case were the gears go inside is it supposed to have it? and also if anyone has a book for it could you please like upload the pages needed to put the motor back together for like the seals and gaskets and stuff its all together like transmission wise but i dont have that gasket and my dad wants the book and i cant find one for cheap enough please help its been a long wait just to get the gaskets lol thanks so much

There is no gasket for the case halfs you have to use a gasket sealant like yamabond.

Fioz and ranger are correct, there is no "gasket", but there is stuff like rtv,yamabond...i prefer yamabond....its only like $8.00 tube...
Oh cool, I thought rydindirty didn't have that up anymore. I have the 01-02 and 03-06 supplements too if someone needs them. I was unable to upload them to the forum.
Well for the year differance I think the are all the same up to 2002. But I know the 2003-2006 had hydro front and rear brakes and differant front plastics. But motor wise I am pretty sure they are all the same except for the T.O.R.S.
