Just put on a new PWK 28mm and replaced some bad V-Force 3 petals today. Once I put everything back together and turned the fuel on i noticed it was leaking from the fuel itake part on the carb. Since my fuel line is clear I also noticed that the fuel would stop at a certain point as if there was blockage somewhere. However, once I removed the fuel line from the petcock side the fuel went right into the carb. What gives? :-/

i dont understand what your problem is

Fuel is leaking from the fuel line connected to the carb as if there is blockage in the carb it'self. Fuel will flow for a second and then just trickel from the petcock. Half the fuelline is full with fuel even though the petcock all the way on...

It's a little hard understanding this but you have a leak in the gas line, replace it. As for the flow, take your gas cap off and see how it flows from the petcock.

Brandnew gasline...leaking from where the gasline connects to the carb. I even put a zip tie too secure it better.

????????? Is the gas line to big? Is it leaking from the tube pressed into the carb itself? Is it leaking from the carb and or is running down the gas line and dripping from the carb end? It's a little hard to understand not seeing it in person.

Fixed it!!! The damn copper fuel insert thingy wasn't all the way in. When I pulled the fuel line off it came out with it.... I:I Now I just need to tune it. 8-|
