i have good spark now since i put a new harness and cdi box etc...problem is fuel not getting into cylinder properly...i bought a complete carb rebuild kit and put everything on. i pulled out the reeds and cleaned everything.....i kick about 20 times and it wont fire...inside of the carb is wet with gas...i pulled the plug out and it was dry with no signs of gas, tors is eliminated...what could be wrong with my carb? any suggesions on what to check ??

ya you will probily have to get all new jets but thats not expencive at all . just make sure not to put a wire though the jets when you clean them you will mess them up and have to get new just spray some carb and choke cleaner in there just enough to get them clean than spray them out with a air hose.

are you sure your airscrew is set correctly?

also check the flywheel, make sure the woodruff key isn't sheared.

you also don't want to kick over a lot because if your plug is not wet, then your piston is running dry against the cylinder walls,no lube means metal contact, which is not good so get new jets, or clean them, check your float height, check for anything inside the carb that might be obstructing fuel flow, there is also a screen from the the fuel tank you can chack that might be clogged.

jets are brand new...i just did a complete rebuild on the carb....fuel flow from tank is good and not clogged. fuel float seat is working good i dont know what the f is wrong with this thing
