Well i sold my 05 trx 450r rear shock but my friend who has a few drag TRX 450r s has a few rear shocks he would like to sell.All are in good condition. Price shipped is to US.


*05 TRX 450r shock with chrome spring $75 shipped(on the right in pic)

*GT Thunder dual rate valved for 145lb rider rear shock(was off a 06+ model trx 450r) $75 shipped

*Not pictured* 07 trx 450r rear shock $75 shipped(if interested can get a pic)

here is some info on these rear TRX 450r setups that awk08 posted on my other thread. my other thread was a 05 TRX450r rear shock,similar to these....

awk08 "i just rode one of those for almost 2 years of very hard, high flying rides, in some of the roughest terrain known to mankind !!!!!!
it was never touched settings wise, except the sag, rebound and compression setting screws that are on it, and it will need no further internal or spring adjustments done to it, it was an awsome shock and performed flawlessly, as it would on any 450r from the factory with any weight rider or riding style
only reason i sold mine was to try out a "works ultracross" i got
/\/\/\ hope that wasnt a mistake, thats how good these shocks work

it will need ken oconnors bushings to make the top a 5 minute bolt job, but fits perfectly with the same ride height.
but will also require cutting the left front mounting tab off the rear fender and its mate on the frame, and will rub the airbox, as the 400ex's do"

guys that gt thunder shock is 345 just for the service. i can't believe noone picked this up. i don't have money at the moment but i might have to pick this up at a few weeks

i am with ya, that dual rate shock is a great price and shoud be a sick ride for sure, i would snatch it up if i had money at the moment but i dont, someone pic this up
