Frozen Break Cables

Is there anything I can do to fix a break cable that is frozen or very hard to operate?????

you could buy a spray can of graphite made for locks. it comes with a tube that hooks to the nozzle. take your cable off and hang it vertically and spray from top down then just work the cable back and forth to get the graphite or whatever oil you use to coat the inside to loosen it up. First thing to check though is if cable has a kink. if it does there's nothing you can do except get a new cable.
