are the valve stems on the front wheels supposed to be on the inside or outside?

ok mine are on the inside.so that means my wheels are flipped?

inside gives a wide stance but than the stems break easier id just leave em out

They are supposed to be on the outside. If there on the inside you or the previous owner flipped them.
