Fresh rebuild, wont start.

I just rebuilt it, fresh rebuild as of 1 hour ago, tons of compression, 73mm bore, fresh plug, fresh gas running 92 octane 32:1 klotz, everything is fine with carb... Any ideas anyone? Please and thanks.

I know i got really excited after i finished a rebuild once and forgot to turn the key on. then after i turned that on i forgot about the kill switch. felt like a real dumb donkey

That's why i removed my key but kept the killswitch
