Frame Painting?

i need to repaint my frame
i have never done this before, only painted finders.
is there any easy way to do it?
and is there any thread up that shows you how to paint a frame step by step?
i need to learn

well basically, take your time, the better preperation the better finish. be light with clear coat, keep your paint the same distance away on every part of frame, steady hand and pase

1. strip to bear metal
2.prime
3.paint 2coats minimal
4.lacquer(clear coat) heavy duty stuff if you can get it, 4 light layers should do it

get her sand blasted!

no matter how good you prep and sh*t it wont hold up as good as powdercoating

But if powder coating chips, you can't just touch it up.

sand blast it,primer sand lightly if necessary,paint, wet sand ,clear coat,buff,polish!
and your done!

ye powder coating is good, but it costs to much and as piratebiker says it cant be touched up.
