Fouling plugs and stalling out

the screw next to the fuel inlet is the AIR SCREW not the idle screw. the idle screw is on top of the tors.
 
Whenever I change my plugs they are black/soot. I haven't done a plug chop, don't really have a straight away to do one. I guess I can go ripping down a couple side streets and give it a shot.

Anybody with similar pipe setup have any input on what jets you are running?
