when i was in high school i had 2 15" orion hcca in a ported box i wish i remember the specs, but i dot somewhere like 4.5 cu ft. anyway the box sat in the back seat of my 93 mercury sable and it literally shock the front windows at your local shop rite. they were great i still have on of them but no box or amp. X(

acually solos love ported boxes tuned in the high 30s from my experience with them. they still sound sh*ty, can get loud as hell but still sounds sh*tty
with that said kicker sucks for the price JL too. dont get me wrong im not sayin it sucks as a whole just for the price.

back before tc sounds went under i go two of the entry level 12s(db500) with a phoenix gold rsd 1200.1 in 4.5cuft@34 and was in the 140s no sweat in the trunk of a grand marquis on a TL could of did more to make the score better but it was my daily car so i didnt care to much.
