flywheel

Remove the flywheel nut using an impact or flywheel holding tool and wrench. Its a 17mm. Then remove the collar inside. Install the flywheel removing tool and use it to remove the flywheel. When you reinstall the flywheel be sure the keyway is lined up properly and your timming will be correct. Reinstall the collar and nut to 58lbs.<double check tourq spec but I think that's right..

Matter of interest which manual do you have?

The info I supplied comes from the "Yamaha" YFS200 (U-A) Yamaha service manual printed in the US.

Are there other manuals out there which are stating different specs?

It's not super critical on the torque you just don't want it to come loose.
I've been using an impact gun to do it for 20+ years.
