Flywheel nut loose

1989 Blaster flywheel nut keeps coming loose after about 30 minutes of riding. The first time it was torqued to 53 ft/lbs. The second time it came loose I torqued it to 60 ft/lbs. Any ideas?:-/

thats odd.53 ft/lbs should hold it on. maybe try a drop of loctite???

Red loctite and a torque wrench. You'll never have trouble again. If you plan on trying to remove the flwheel with hand tools later on, you probably want to stick with the blue loctite. An air impact wrench will blast the red variety free, but the blue version surrenders easy enough with just a ratchet wrench or breaker bar..
