It's in the bowl of the carb, when you let gas into the bowl the float will rise cutting the gas off, an when you bowl starts gettin low again it lowers as the gas does an lets more in.

The "bowl" is reffering to the lower portion of the carb. If you look you'll notice that the carb is actually split into two sections.
Bowl = Bottom

Alright yea that helps. Now how to i change the floats to make them do what i want, I took them off and then i put I put them on, how i think they were, but I was reading on thumper talk that it changes alot of stuff, how do i know if messed it up or if that was the reason for my problems?
