hey i have 1998 blaster and i have a feeling my float in the carb is stuck open.. when i put the gas on it starts to pour out the bottom .... overflow? it used to come out both tubes on either side of the carb but i took the carb apart and cleaned it up with some carb cleaner take out n cleaning the screws and jets and such as described on a thread on here. the bike starts better runs a tiny bit better but now its over flowing? out of the lower tube..

should i try one of these carb rebuild type kits?

should i go with another carb?

and also i only bought the bike a cuple weeks ago from a friend after driving it for a cuple hours and it drives pretty good.. it has header and exaust and i was wondering what i could to just wake up the bike alittle bit. no motor work just the full exaust

maybe bigger jets or reeds or a slightly bigger aftermarket carb maybe a sproket?

lol im a newb.. to the fullest so the stuff i might be talking about might be stupid talk.. just let me know.. i dont mind if u set me straight im learning

thanks to everyone in advance

im going to take the carb apart again and check see if i can seea nything.. thanx

your float needle is most probbebly worn and make sure that your floats are set in correctley,

and for a bit more boost get your self some v-forceIII reeds.
