Click to expand... taint got'ny gas in it.... mmmm hmmmm alright den you can check the coil with the meter, place one lead in the spark plug cap and one on the other wire coming out of the coil. it should read between 12&15 ohms. if you are getting fire then most likely it's not the coil or stator. sounds your problems is in the carburetor jetting. do a plug chop, gray or white and it's running too lean. (you need bigger jets) dark brown or black and you need smaller jets. you are going for a creamy tan color. you'll need a full throttle plug chop for the main jet, and an idle plug chop for the pilot jet.
