First leak down test

Well i did my first leak down test. it went down from a 7 to 6 in i think 5 min or so. Well i couldnt find the leak and a had a jerry riged exhaust plug so i bought a plug and its all good now atleast i think. Well it still went down the same and no leake anywhere that i could see. I was hopin it was the reed cage so i took the cage off put some rtv silicone around it and still the same reading. I pumped it to 8 it went from 8 to almost 6 in 10 min then at 20 min it went down to 5.
im not burning tranny fluid so im hoping its the flywheel side is there anyway to check without having to buy a flywheel puller?]
would this be to much of a leak?

nope, use puller to remove flywheel.never try the hamme appinod!!!!!!!!!! pullers are cheap

after 12 min it went down a lil over a psi

did you spray the tester with soapy water to check it for leaks????
i'd say run it, it held 6 lbs for 20 minutes ???
grip it and rip it, your fine

k, thanks it had a randon uncontrolable idle but the reeds had a huge gap and i flipped them will rock it for a while

check the piece that goes into the boot...

mine was leaking bad from there, i have one from slick

they dont leak, might have been the exhaust, slightly weak crank seal, ect.
but still not enuf to worry about

mine leaked but it was for a double, nothing alittle rtv cant fix

ive checked every seal possible other than crank.

Spray soapy water all over everything... even the tester itself and exhaust plug and spark plug. You will find it.
