Hey all :) Ive nearly finished rebuilding my blaster but i have a few problems, the main one being the clutch isnt working, i cant see that a anything has really changed since i only rebuilt the top end of the motor not the bottom, i say its not working because when out of gear the front sprocket turns fine when in gear it locks as it should but even will i pull the clutch in when in gear its still locked... is this just the way they are on these bikes or is something wrong with the clutch? thanks

Sorry, should of properly posted this under a different section..

The fiber and clutch plates on wet clutch systems for the most part use
rotational force to aid in seperation when you pull the clutch lever in. If the bike has been sitting for a period of time the oil will almost bond the plates together in a way as your describing.
If the chain and sprockets are on the bike, put it in gear pull the clutch and rock the bike back and forth to free up the oil stuck clutch's.

yep, if it worked before, and you havent touched it, like said above, it just needs run to free them up
