I have one idea.... don't. Sell your stock fenders complete and purchase a project blaster hood/race fender combo. They're slick units that look way better than chopped fenders ever will. Plus, if you wanted to go back you could then sell the PB hood assembly and get some fenders.

^^^ he could maybe sell his fenders for 50 bucks at most. and the PB are hoods are like 150 or something rediculous like that so hes still spending a bunch of money. and IMO some good cut fenders (free) look better that those hoods. just gotta know how to do it right, dont be using scissors lol. i cut mine with a very thin cutting blade on a dremel. i broke like 3 of them cutting my fenders

I agree with this. I hate cut fenders.

ok thanks for your thoughts. My brother just cut his front fenders today on his 300ex and it looks dirty. he used a drywall blade and it worked gr8. But i will just save up for the PB

yeah man, if its something you want to do, then you are gonna be happy if you go the pb hood or even maier race cut hood route. i did cut my fenders, and i think the way i cut them they look better than stock, but i still dont like the look of cut fenders. i just mostly went for function over form, so i didnt worry too much about it
