Im so pissed off right now at Polaris and Victory...

I have a polaris 500 sportsman in my shop right now having the engine rebuilt, So I took the cylinder in to have it bored and fitted with a new wiseco piston kit.
I got a call 4 weeks ago on a friday that the cylinder was done but they were closing for renovations in a couple days so if I could get there before that would be great.
Well as it turns out I was busy and could not make it friday. Sat I showed up but they were closed, but weather was really bad and figured that had someting to do with it. I called for a couple weeks and NOTHING. nobody answers. I finally drove there again yesterday only to find a forclosure notice on the dorrs and EVERYTHING GONE. WTF? where is my cylinder?
I called Polaris HQ and they laughed at me... said all the dealers are independently owned and has nothing to do with them what so ever....

I finally tracked down the owner and he claims there is nothing that can be done the bank changed the locks and everything is now theirs.

Now Im in the process of finding out if the finance company will release my personal property. Well not mine by my customers. But from what I have been told they dont have to release any property.

eat sh*t polaris

i'd be kickin in that door to see if my sh*t is in there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

also sounds like they knew this was comin with that "closed for renovations" bullshit, did you give them any money down ????

Not Polaris's fault.

However, you can get it back. Banks will seize possession of the building and all remaining items within it that are left behind. Within 90 days I believe, they have the right to sell/auction the materials off. Before that though, you can put in a request of ownership to the bank and retrieve your lost items. Pretty sh*tty and shady deal on the part of the business owner though....I will say that. X(

EDIT: Assuming the broke ass owner didn't just steal all the items and sell them in order to save face in money.
