Im wantin to extend my four wheeler out a little bit and i was just wonderin bout how much it would cost and what needs to be done

Go with a plus size swing arm

what he said

Cost wise, it depends on how you want to go about the extended swing arm. You can extend it yourself for a few bucks if you have the fab skills, or you can buy one. Swingarm shop swingers off ebay are around $200 but arent all that strong (light riding is about all you can do with them), you can have one of the guys on here extend it for you as well which would be cheaper and stronger than the swing arm shop swinger. Ken Oconnor on here is now selling a rock solid swing arm as well for i think it was $350, or you can go all out with a round house swinger made out of 4130 steel which will cost over $600 but will be the most robust (and expensive) out of all the options, unless you build your own round house swing arm which then the cost will come down a fair ways.

With any extended swing arm you will need a longer rear brake line and a longer chain. A better shock would also be recommended since you are now putting more stress on the rear shock (if you are running the stock shock, otherwise a quick change of the shim stack or a preload adjustment would be all thats needed shock wise).

I have a swingarm shop +4 and I haven't had any problems with it , I haven't heard of any issues with them since they beefed them up from the previous version which did have cracking issues . 250 Is well worth the price . I recommend them .

blasterfreek30 broke a swingarm shop +4,
the new beefy design at my ride in september !!!
pure junk !!!!!! always were and apparently still are

I can see where the swingarm shop swingers could be made better , but Like I said my +4 from them is solid , I jump hard on it and haven't had any problems . Did they refund or replace the swingarm awk?
