So what would be rattling around in it,i got it off tonight to swap it all to new frame but somethin is loose in there.Cut it open empty it n reweld it??
Any thought are greatly appreciated.

Stock blaster pipes have baffles built into them. They can rust/break loose and rattle around inside.

You could also have a piece of piston from a prior explosion/disintegration.

Do you have access to a good welder and good cut off saw?

how about get an aftermarket one???

in the stock pipe, there spark arrestors and baffles and such that can often break and rattle around. u can cut it and reweld it. it will change the diamensions and u will have eaither poorer preformace or u need to rejet.

If it is the stock pipe some of the guts have broken loose.

If you are a good fabricator/welder you can open it up and then re-weld.

While you are in there remove the rest of the garbage they put in there.

Yes i have a sweet welder n cutoff tools,it is stock, i need to check jetting anyway as it has a pro circuit silencer and i wanna remove the air box cover, this is in the rebuild section so i will post pics of the inside when i get it open, i am stacked with work the next 3-4 days or so so it won't happen till end of week. The smaller stuff i am gonna keep rolling on tho,This is in the Rebuils section, it is a basic clean up and necessary things to ride till winter, then a basic top end and home port job.
Thanx a bunch for the help!!!

Well i took the grinder n cut her open, there is 2 perforated type screens in there, a cone, which was loose, and a plate with some holes in it.
Camera wasn't working so no pics, sorry
I welded the cone back in place and welded her back together and it made a difference.
The weld job came out ok for a flux core and has yet to crack or anything, i spotted it all the wau around to keep heat down so not make the metal brittle.
Workin nice now
