Eton viper 90cc atv manual

Wont to know if and one got a manual for a 2008 eton viper 90cc atv,i got to take my son's apart to find out why compression is low,and wonted something to go by

well let me get your opinion or some one's else, when i try to start it up with the electric start its real hard to get started,and if i try to use the kick start it will never start i kicked it like 18 times and nothing,think maybe the rings???

depends if the compression is below the 90 lbs. listed in that link above ?
there are a ton of other reasons for hard starting...
bad fuel, dirty carb, dirty air filter, fouled plug, poor spark, timing off, clogged intake or exhaust, ect. ect.
you'll need to troubleshoot/confirm each and compression test it
